Two sets: what you agree to by holding an account, and what applies to each order.

Account Registration & Identity Verification Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

2. Eligibility

To register, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old;
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
  • Not be located in, or a citizen/resident of, a country subject to comprehensive sanctions, and not appear on any applicable sanctions, watch, or politically-exposed-person (PEP) list that would prohibit us from serving you;
  • Provide information that is true, current, and complete.

3. Account Registration

You agree to:

  • Create only one account per person;
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and be responsible for all activity under your account;
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

Before you can purchase any gift card, we require you to complete identity verification. You agree to provide:

  • A valid Maldivian National ID card, or a valid passport (for non-Maldivian users);
  • A live selfie or short video for liveness/face-match verification;
  • Any additional documentation we reasonably request (e.g., proof of address, source-of-funds declaration) to complete verification or to comply with law.

You authorize us, or a third-party verification provider acting on our behalf, to:

  • Check the authenticity of your submitted documents;
  • Screen your details against sanctions, fraud, and PEP watchlists;
  • Retain a record of your verification for as long as required by law or our internal policy.

We may accept, reject, or request re-submission of your verification at our sole discretion, without being obliged to explain the specific reason where doing so would conflict with our legal or regulatory obligations.

5. Data Collection, Use & Retention

We collect and process your ID documents, biometric data (from liveness checks), and personal details solely to:

  • Verify your identity;
  • Prevent fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing;
  • Comply with applicable Maldivian law and any request from the MMA, police, or other competent authority.

This data is stored securely, shared only with verification/payment partners and regulators where legally required, and retained for [X years — confirm your legal retention period] after account closure, after which it is securely deleted. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

6. Accuracy of Information

You must ensure all information you submit is accurate and up to date. Providing false, forged, or misleading documents is grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

7. AML, Sanctions & Suspicious Activity

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor account activity for patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or sanctions evasion;
  • Request additional information at any time, including for a specific transaction;
  • Freeze, suspend, or terminate an account, and report the activity to the MMA or law enforcement, if we reasonably suspect misuse.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, fail verification, or if we are required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting [support email], subject to completion of any pending orders.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the account to: purchase gift cards on behalf of a third party without disclosure, attempt to circumvent verification, use another person’s identity, or use the service for any unlawful purpose (including money laundering or sanctions evasion).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the account after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.

Gift Card Purchase Terms

1. Relationship to Account Registration & Identity Verification Terms

These purchase terms supplement, and are read together with, Account Registration & Identity Verification Terms. You must have a verified account in good standing before placing an order.

B2. Product Description

We sell digital US Apple Gift Cards, redeemable only on Apple’s US storefront (App Store, iTunes, Apple.com, etc.), in exchange for payment in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR).

We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple’s own terms of service govern redemption and use of the gift card once issued. Apple Gift Cards are subject to Apple’s terms, available at apple.com/legal.

3. Pricing & Exchange Rate

  • Prices are displayed in MVR and are calculated using an exchange rate we set, which may include a service margin above the prevailing MVR/USD market rate.
  • The exchange rate is confirmed at the time you place an order and is locked for that order once payment instructions are issued; it is not guaranteed for future orders.
  • We reserve the right to change our displayed rates and fees at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Payment — Local Bank Transfer

  • Payment is made by local bank transfer to the bank account details provided at checkout.
  • Your order is provisional until we receive and confirm your payment. You must use the exact reference number provided and transfer the exact amount quoted; underpayment may delay or cancel your order, and overpayment will be refunded to the originating account.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or by incorrect transfer details you provide.
  • Funds must originate from a bank account held in your own name, matching your verified identity. We may reject or reverse orders funded from third-party accounts.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Once payment is confirmed, your gift card code will be issued to your registered account/email within an hour time
  • You are responsible for checking that your registered email and account details are correct; we are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect user-provided details.

6. Purchase Limits & Monitoring

At present we do not impose fixed per-transaction or daily/monthly purchase limits. We nonetheless reserve the right to impose limits, require additional verification, or delay/reject any order at our sole discretion, particularly for large or unusual transactions, in order to comply with AML obligations or manage fraud risk.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Gift card sales are final and non-refundable once the code has been issued, except where:

  • The code fails to work due to our error;
  • We cancel your order after receiving payment (in which case we refund the MVR amount paid, to the originating bank account, within [X business days]);
  • Required by mandatory consumer protection law.

We do not refund orders because a user changes their mind after a code has been delivered.

8. Fraud, Reversals & Misuse

  • If a bank transfer is later found to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or reversed/recalled by a bank, we reserve the right to cancel the order, deactivate the issued gift card code where possible, and pursue recovery of funds, and may report the matter to the relevant authorities.
  • We may delay delivery of a code pending fraud review without liability for the delay.

9. Redemption

Redemption of the gift card is governed entirely by Apple’s terms and systems. We are not responsible for: Apple account issues, regional restrictions preventing redemption, or misuse of the code after delivery to you (e.g., if you share the code with someone else).

10. Taxes

Any taxes, duties, or bank charges associated with your payment or purchase are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue relating to a purchase is limited to the MVR amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

12. Sanctions & Restricted Persons

We will not knowingly sell to, or process payment from, any person or entity subject to applicable sanctions. Orders found to involve sanctioned parties will be cancelled and reported as required by law.

13. Governing Law
